I run WinNT, Win95, and can't sync with USB. What do I do?

If you have NT or Windows 95, buy a serial cradle.

More Information

If you have NT or Windows 95, buy a serial cradle. In fact, you should have preordered one with your Visor, because NT does not have any native support for USB, and the USB support in Windows 95 is incomplete - it doesn't work with the Visor. I suppose you could go out and buy a USB to serial converter, but they cost more than the serial cradle, and it's always nice to have a second cradle if you ever get another computer which has USB support. Or if you have IR support, you can use a program like IrLink.
