Access files from AvantGo Wednesday December 1, 1999 - 3:00 PM EST - By James Hromadka AvantGo and My Docs Online have teamed together to allow users the ability to download web-based documents when they synchronize their handheld devices. My Docs Online! is a free, Web-based service for storing, accessing and sharing files on the Internet. My Docs Online! users can upload and store their important business and personal files and then access them from any Web- enabled PC anywhere in the world. Using My Docs Online!, any type of file can be saved on the Web, moved from a desktop PC to a handheld PC, downloaded to remote locations, or shared with co-workers or friends. The My Docs Online channel will download selected files to the handheld device. Availability is expected to be later this quarter. Read the press release for more information. |
