Lawsuit over Graffiti continues Monday January 10, 2000 - 10:24 PM EST - By James Hromadka There has been an ongoing lawsuit by Xerox against 3COM that alleges that 3COM swiped the Unistroke technology that Xerox patented. This C|Net article says that the lawsuit, which had been suspended, will now go on. To view the patent info, go here and search for number 5596656. It will be interesting to see if this lawsuit has any impact on the Palm IPO. |
