No confirmation e-mail for phone orders Tuesday September 14, 1999 - 11:30 PM EST - By VisorCentral Staff Handspring has added a shipping news page to their website, on which they state that "If you order over the phone, we will not send confirmation emails as may have been stated, but you can call our toll-free number at any time to check on your order." According to Handspring, they still intend on shipping their products in October. Currently, when an order is made, it will ship in 4-6 weeks from the date that the order was placed.
