The first release (Version 1.0) of the Flash Module system software is known to be somewhat buggy. The current version is 1.1. To see which version you have, go to the File Mover application for the module and select "About File Mover" in the options menu. If you have Version 1.0 then download the 8MB Flash Module Software Update from the Handspring website.
