Some Visor Solo, Visor, or Visor Deluxe handhelds may not perform optimally with two wireless communications Springboard modules. These include the Glenayre @ctiveLink and Novatel Minstrel S modules. Handspring has worked closely with these developer partners to optimize the performance of the combined solution of the Visor handheld and module. If a customer uses the handheld and module together and is not satisfied with the communication performance, Handspring is offering a free Visor advance exchange unit.
