Opinions: Flip Top case (Prism)
WAJA | bad case, no use at all |

heberman | This case is the best |
| I have the snap model of this case, and it's fantastic. It is fantastic. It fits great and is easy to take in and out of the case. I'm an attorney, and needed a professional-looking case to take with me to court, meetings, etc., and this requirement eliminated many of the other Prism cases.
I've eliminated my wallet by keeping my driver's license, a credit card, and a debit card in my case. (You can't keep credit cards in the magnetic closure version)
The belt clip which comes with the case works great. When I have a jacket on, the case is in my jacket. On more casual days or weekends, the case is on my belt. Very easy to take on and off of the belt.
My Prism won't hotsync while it is in the case - the snap gets in the way of the cradle. However, it's no big deal because the Prism easily slips in and out of the case.
Including shipping, I spent about 65 bucks. That's a lot of money for a case - but I am very happy with it. |
mydope | don't get ripped off |
| At this price you are really ripped off!!!
Are they robbers? |
bauhaus | no |
| very bad case and pricey, what are they about?
Extreme-limit beats them!! |
timmins | This review portrays Vaja as leading the case makers |
| Is it me or is the same functionality in the Extreme Limit? It even has a cutout in the back to use Springboards |
Anonymous | No need for plastic-covered cutout. |
| I don't have the Vaja case but I have a
Daytimer case with an open cutout. I don't
see why the cutout is necessary at all...
leather is soft enough that embossed icons
where the buttons are would provide enough
feedback to use them, and look much nicer. |
Coyote67 | Oh yes....what a great case |
| Yes, this is truely a great case. I love how it has no protection what so ever for drops, spills, or pressure put on it. YAY, GREAT, let me spend $70 that has no protection but looks nice and perty. Why don't you do a review of the bodyglove case. It even lets you keep your credit cards in there, 3 OF THEM. |
Anonymous | Good case, but does needs breaking in! |
| When I first got my Prism case, it looked baggy and seemed to fit poorly. But after using it for a while it shrank up and now fits my Prism like a glove. So now it fits well and looks nice, and I've gotten compliments from other PDA users. All in all I have to give this case a thumbs up. The only caveat is that Vaja has classified this case as non-sync, so if you have problems with in case syncing Vaja may not be all that eager to give you a new case. FWIW, the snap closure case has a port too, but that case definitely will not hotsync in the cradle as the snap on the back gets in the way. The port itself seems more for use with the travel charger, as that fits well (I have one and it fits). So just think of this case as a high quality non-sync case and you'll be pleased. |
