SmartDoc is the best text editor I have seen for the Palm OS. The interface is intuitive with a very short learning curve, and the price is excellent for the product you get. Plus, you can read and edit Microsoft Word documents after they are converted with a third party utility. There is a demo to try available at Palmgear.
