Graffiti lawsuit dismissed Wednesday June 7, 2000 - 2:20 PM EST - By James Hromadka Remember that lawsuit that Xerox had against 3COM charging that 3COM violated a Xerox patent with the Graffiti handwriting recognition system? Well, it has been dismissed by U.S. District Judge Michael A. Telesca, saying that there was "no genuine issue as to any material fact" (whatever that means  ). Xerox is currently deciding whether to appeal the ruling or not.
