eyemodule2
Conclusion The eyemodule2 is what the original eyemodule should have been in the first place -- useful. Can the eyemodule2 replace a normal digital camera? No. Any camera module that would hope to do that would need external storage (Compact Flash, MMC, etc.) and a flashbulb, as well as better resolution. I do think that the eyemodule2 is great for entertainment purposes, and if you use the excellent eyecontact software, good for keeping up with business contacts. If you're trying to decide between the eyemodule2 and the original eyemodule, buy the em2 for sure if you have a Visor Prism. The color enhancements make this the "show off" module for the VPR. If you have a monochrome Visor, it will depend on how much free memory
you have on your Visor. 2 MB Visor owners should get the em1, as
they won't have much room for VGA photos. VDX and VPL owners will
need to decide if the angled lens and VGA photos are worth the extra money
(I think so).
