PalmSource predictions Friday December 8, 2000 - 9:05 PM EST - By James Hromadka  C|Net has a preview of what is expected at PalmSource next week. In addition to Claudia Schiffer (pictured) being onhand to promote her upcoming Palm Vx, almost half of the developers in attendence will be focusing on corporate applications.
I love this quote from Palm CEO Alan Kessler: "Microsoft always asks, 'Can Palm support enterprise applications?' The answer is hell yes and more." Motorola may be making ARM-compatible Dragonball processors. The company will be discussing the future of the Dragonball chip after recently announcing that it has licensed the ARM architecture. Java support also seems to be getting closer, increasing the number of applications that could be ported to the Palm OS. Should be an interesting week. We won't be at the show but will keep you up to date on all the major announcements.
