Price of Matchbook Drive lowered Thursday March 1, 2001 - 2:34 PM EST - By Marcus Adolfsson MatchBook Products today lowered the price for their MD-001 MatchBookDrive Adapter [review]. The new price is $25 (down $10), including free shipping to US addresses, and $5 shipping to international addresses. MatchBook Products also announced that they expect to bundle the Kopsis FAFileMover software and another software application with their next product, the MD-100 adapter. The MD-100 will be a flush removable adapter and is expected to ship March 24. "Our software bundle will have a retail value of $30," said Keith Hudson, manager of MatchBook Products LLC. "At a $45 retail price, we think the MD-100 will offer a very good value to customers." "In order to reward those who have supported Matchbook Products from the beginning, we will also be announcing the details of a Customer Loyalty Program within the next few days," said Hudson.
